I currently work in OSHC on a couple days among kids aged 3 to 11. We make sure they're well fed and plan activities meant to bring out their best potential! Being able to keep them occupied, even if that means just doing nothing and striking up a conversation out of anything, without them even realizing Mum and Dad haven't picked them up yet, is the most satisfying feeling at the end of each day.
