Meet Nele: A babysitter in Clayton South, VIC

Hi! I’m Nele, a medical student from Germany, and I’m currently staying in Clayton, Melbourne until early November. I

am looking for casual babysitting opportunities alongside my hospital placement.

I have around four years of babysitting experience in Heidelberg, looking after children from newborns up to 8 years old. I also have experience working at holiday camps with children and teenagers aged 8–18.

Working with children has always been something I really enjoy. I grew up with two younger brothers, one of whom has special needs, which has also given me personal experience with children who may need a little extra support and patience. I’ve also previously coached a children’s dance group.

Alongside my medical studies, I have completed a current First Aid course, and I’m comfortable taking responsibility for children and dealing with unexpected situations calmly.

I’m a friendly, reliable and patient person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children!

I’m particularly available for occasional evenings and weekends, but I’m happy to discuss different arrangements depending on your needs.
