My name is Madeleine. I am a recent high school graduate and therefore I am finally able to look for longer-term nannying jobs. From the age of 14, I've loved babysitting. I've looked after children from a variety of ages, ranging from as little as 6 months old to 13 years old. I have a drivers license and a car, therefore am happy to use my car for drop off's and pickups and of course for any other needs. I have completed a First aid course and CPR refresher and have previous experience tutoring primary school students. I have also completed my Honours in Biomedical Science at QUT in Breast cancer research (2015) and a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science from Griffith University (2014). I have previously babysat for a family in Sydney (2018-2022) and a family in Brisbane (2014/2015) whilst at university.

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hi! I'm Claudia and I'm a uni student at University of Sydney doing a Bachelor of Primary Education. I have reactivated my profile in my penultimate year of study to offer services of ad hoc babysitting and primary age tutoring. To sum my career path; I was inspired to switch degrees (from an Arts/Sciences degree) after spending time with my regular nannying family, working with the kids doing their online schoolwork during the first lockdown. I had been babysitting and nannying for nearly 5 years at that point and I decided I didn't want my career to diverge from work I loved so much. I also had wonderful nannies and babysitters growing up so I understand the importance of a wonderful carer and would love to provide that. I finished up working for a lovely family with two boys in the inner west in 2022. I started looking after them when they were just 7 and 10 in 2017; being grown and in high school it was a joy to see them grow up and outgrow me. In 2023 I started with a family in Lane Cove, with two lovely boys. I left in 2024 to pursue work as a Teacher's Aide for students on the autism spectrum. My availability is a little in flux with my university timetable from semester to semeste. I am open to ad hoc work, casual babysitting, and day time childcare as needed. My availability does also increase drastically for daytime hours during semester breaks from June-August and November-February, so there is usually some flexibility in what I can offer. With regards to tutoring; I studied Maths, English, French and Art in high school, and furthered my science and languages studies for several years at university before switching to Teaching. In my education studies I have completed core units in mathematics, english, and science and I am current on curriculum materials and teaching approaches. For additional pay per/h I can do Laundry - Vacuuming - General tidy up - Kitchen/Bathroom clean. I have previously regularly babysat for ages 4+, including siblings. I have had some experience with 10 month and 2 year old, mostly in the evenings. All of my past babysitting has involved cooking dinners, doing bath time, bed time stories and runs to the park to keep them entertained :) I'm more than happy with pets. As well as being up to date with COVID vaccinations, I have my licence (and am looking to purchase own car in the near future).

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Media & Communications at the University of Sydney and living at college, which keeps me busy and deeply engaged in a vibrant community. Alongside my studies, I’m gaining industry experience through my internship at a PR and marketing agency, where I’ve been developing strong organisational and communication skills. Beyond that, I’ve always had a genuine passion for working with kids. With over 4 years of experience babysitting and nannying children aged 1–13, I’ve built a reputation for being reliable, punctual, and proactive. Growing up as the youngest of four siblings (with three older brothers!) taught me independence and responsibility early on—I often managed the household and quickly learned how to balance care with structure. I hold a driver’s licence and police check, and I now have more flexibility in my schedule to dedicate time to families who need ongoing support. On top of childcare, I also offer tutoring in primary and high school subjects, drawing on my academic background—achieving academic honours and top Band 6 results in my HSC through persistence and hard work.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi parents! My name is Aliyah, I am a 20 year old second-year uni student studying a Bachelor of Nursing at UTS. I have had previous babysitting experience with children ages 1.5 - 10 years old and have worked for 3 different families. I have also worked as a volunteer assistant at a school, working in the preschool and first grade for 2 years. During my time at the school, I learned that it is most important to immerse children in creativity and also involve them in tasks such as cooking and baking, which I have found promotes development. I also grew up in a house full of kids, as I have three nieces and one nephew who are between the ages of 1 - 5 that I frequently babysit. I can do laundry, house chores and cook meals. I am currently available 2 - 3 days a week and can work on weekends; however, my schedule is subject to change on certain days. Please feel free to contact me for additional details and relevant documents.

Hello! My name is Claudia, and I am a very passionate young professional looking for part time nanny work. I graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from RMIT in 2021, currently completing my Masters in Cultural Studies at the University of Sydney. I am so incredibly passionate about early childhood, and believe those young years are the most integral in ones life. I consider myself to be extremely caring, patient, and fun, but am also reliable, and flexible. I would also consider myself a creative. I play/write music, and also enjoy arts and crafts. Previously I worked for a family with 2 children, a 2 year old and a new born baby boy, for almost 2 years from 2019-2021. I then found employment as a youth social worker, working with young people between the ages of 12-25 experiencing difficult circumstances in life. I really loved this role and learnt so much, however I feel most passionate about working with younger children and would love to return to this work. Currently; I teach psychology at university during the semesters. I can provide references and answer any questions you have! Thank you so much for your consideration!
