Hi! I am a Career Nanny with over 25 years experience in childcare. Over the past two decades I have worked as Nanny/ Governess/ English Teacher/ Maternity Nanny (depending on the families requirements) all around the world. I started out in Australia as a live-in nanny and an agency babysitter, then moved over to the UK/Europe and Russia to more high-profile jobs over the next couple of decades. And later I came back to Australia and worked with families in Sydney and also did evenings with an agency as a babysitter. One of my most recent placements was in Singapore with a wonderful ex pat family and their young daughter where I also did proxy parenting whilst they were travelling on business. I have recently relocated back to Sydney to a lovely mon-wed role and am now looking for permanent Thursday, Friday roles or weekend jobs. I am also keen to secure regular evening babysitting. Im available for permanent or ad hoc positions. Please do get in touch if you are interested to talk about any position you think I may be interested in. I will reply promptly. On a personal note: I'm very friendly, fun, professional, youthful, optimistic, flexible, reliable, easy-going (disciplined when needed!),responsible, tidy and very experienced at my job. I love all ages of children, their development and education. I love animals also. I have a clean drivers licence. Plus, I cook & hold a Nutrition Diploma and continuing study in the area of health and wellbeing (for children and adults). Over the years my secondary career has been Personal Assistant in Law, Accounting & Film Production. Thanks for reading! I look forward to hearing from you.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! My name is Emily, and I am a Museum Educator for Museums of History NSW. I work across 9 sites in Greater Sydney running history excursions for students of all ages. I have a Bachelors in Ancient History, and a Masters in Museum Studies - however, I have gone back to uni this year to learn more about how Education can be made more inclusive and engaging! I have been lucky enough to travel across the world on archaeological digs throughout my university degrees. At the moment, I run excursions for over 68,000 children per year across our sites at Museums of History - both online and in person. I am well-versed in behaviour management, including with children with additional needs. Over the past few years I have completed ad-hoc nannying and babysitting for a few families, and additionally was a dance teacher for just over a year for pre-school aged children - I know how hard it is to manage a classroom of 10+ 3/4-year-olds! I have worked with children aged from 15 months to 14 years, and having grown up in a household with four younger brothers, I am confident in my abilities to engage and connect with children of any age. I believe in fostering imaginative, creative, and fun play - and love to laugh and explore with kids. Looking forward to hearing from you and connecting with your family!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 37 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 15 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have a mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps: please ignore the 1 star. I don’t know how it got there, I’m yet to get a job through here and I contacted the management and they said they can’t remove it as they took over from a previous management. Promise I’m a 5 star!
