I just love kids!! I am a mature, loving, gentle, fun and responsible carer. I have been caring for children for over 25 years and am experienced with all ages. I have taught in Pre-school, Long Day Care, created an after-school care program, and been Nannying for several years, and have been babysitting since I was 15. In recent years my focus has been on After School Care, supervising homework, and some tutoring. I am passionate about education and am very consistent and firm, but also caring and kind. I think routine is very important, and I believe in encouraging independence in children, which builds confidence. As I have studied nutrition over the years for my own interest, I believe I have a good knowledge of childrens' nutritional requirements, and feel it is very important. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years.
