Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Roberta, I´m a 37 years old nanny from Brazil! I worked as professional nanny in my country for 4 years during Uni. Altogether I have been babysitting for nearly 10 years. I moved to Australia permanently in 2013, and I worked for three different families. Each one was a wonderful experience and where I could meet lovely parents and kids. I looked after two boys for 5 years in Bellevue Hill, I started working for this family when their firstborn was 8 months, all the way through when their second child was about 3! After that, I looked after two boys in Paddington, it was lovely taking them to the park, museum, playing Lego! I also looked after two boys in Bondi Beach, but had to relocate to different city so I left these two jobs because of that! I moved to Wollongong, back to Sydney, then Bowral, and now I am back to Sydney, this time for good! I can say that I have experience with all ages, from newborn to 10. A little about me: I have a positive attitude about life, I´m a bubbly person who is hardworking, organised and energetic. At work, I like to create new games, play with crafts stimulating the kids with exercise and enriching activities, and doing everything with love and kindness! :) I am currently living in Edgecliff and have a car. I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you :)

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

My name is Bríd Madden, and I’m from Ireland. I’ll be relocating to Australia end of September early October , which I’m incredibly excited about. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel quite a bit over the years. I love to explore new cultures and new adventures, adapts quickly, and is always eager to embrace new experiences. I have a double honors degree in Psychology and Education from Swansea University, and I’ve always had a deep passion for working with children. Over the past few years, I’ve gained a wide range of experience in childcare and youth work. I’ve worked at summer camps across Germany and the UK, where I was responsible not only for supervising and caring for children, but also for designing and leading engaging games and activities that were both fun and educational. As well as lesson planning and night supervision. These roles taught me how to balance fun with structure and gave me a solid foundation in working with young people of various ages and backgrounds. I have also volunteered with special Olympics and taught both adults and students with Down syndrome to swim and play football. Which I found very rewarding and further taught me about patience and communication. One of my most rewarding roles was working as a Welfare Manager at the Alpadia Language Camp in London. In this position, I was responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers, managing a team of staff, coordinating daily schedules, resolving conflicts, and liaising with parents. It was a role that that thoroughly improved my communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and I found it incredibly fulfilling to create a positive, nurturing environment for both staff and students. In addition to my camp experience, I’ve done a significant amount of babysitting, particularly with children with special needs, including those with Down syndrome, autism, and non-verbal communication styles. These experiences have taught me to be patient, empathetic, and attentive, and I always aim to create a calm, supportive, and joyful environment tailored to each child's unique needs. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me outdoors. I absolutely love being active—whether it’s playing lacrosse, football, Gaelic football, swimming, or hiking. I’m always seeking out new experiences and adventures, and I thrive when I’m surrounded by nature and movement. Another one of my passions is cooking. I love spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, trying out dishes from different cultures, and cooking nutritious meals for friends and family. I’d be delighted to share that joy in your home, whether it’s preparing meals for the kids or baking together as a fun afternoon activity. Overall, I’m a warm, dependable, and energetic person who genuinely enjoys caring for and connecting with children. I bring a strong work ethic, a sense of fun, and a commitment to creating a safe, loving, and enriching environment. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions—I’d be more than happy to chat! Warm regards, Bríd Madden

Hello! my name is Pamela, and I'm a licensed English teacher from Chile with experience in both education and childcare. After completing my degree at Universidad Catolica de Temuco, I began working as an English teacher in Chile, and later as a babysitter, caring for children of different ages in New York and Sydney (I've worked happily with 3 families in SYD). Working with children has always been something I truly enjoy - it allows me to share kindness, patience, and creativity every day. I usually spend time doing outdoor activities with them, such as going to the beach, visiting parks, joining library activities, and going to aquatic parks. I value creating meaningful connections with families and being part of a child's growth and development wherever I am. In the near future, I would like to continue my studies in a field related to early childhood education, as it's an area I feel deeply passionate about.
