I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 20 years of experience as both a nanny and a childcare educator, holding a Diploma in Children's services. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported to grow emotionally, socially and developmentally. I am a fully vaccinated, 28-year-old childcare and education professional based in Outer Western Sydney, and happy to travel outside the local area. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Certificate III in Education Support. With 10 years of experience working with children aged 0–13, I have developed strong skills in supporting children’s learning, development, wellbeing and individual needs. I have experience working in primary schools and have also held a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) position, giving me valuable leadership and organisational experience. Hey I’m karima, I’m currently studying at uni and working part time. I have been an au pair before and have had a great experience with that. I have worked with youth as a tutor and mentor in the past. I am currently aiming to have a small break from work and uni as to why this application
