I am currently studying a cert 3 In early childhood education and care and next year I am starting my bachelor of education (online). I have always loved working with children, and have been casual babysitting since I was 12. I have always been very passionate in my role and am looking forward to counting it in Sydney. I interact very well with children and enjoy being playful with them and creating positive and nurturing bonds. In my previous roles I have supported kids with school work, after school activities, household tasks including laundry and meals, as well as creating fun activities.

I’m a professionally trained nannny and movement coach with over 15 years of experience, and before that, I was a modern ballet dancer. My background in dance deeply influences my approach to working with children – I bring creativity, body awareness, and playfulness into every day. Since 2010, I’ve been supporting families using principles inspired by Montessori, Waldorf, and homeschooling. I’ve worked with children of all ages and abilities, including those with limited mobility, and still stay in touch with some of the kids I cared for more than 10 years ago. I’m a bit older than most au pairs or nannies, but with that comes a wealth of life experience, genuine interest, patience, and a whole lot of love. Why Australia?
