🌸qualified pediatric nurse | experienced nanny from germany🌸 Hi, my name is Alisa, I’m 26 years old and originally from Germany. ✨🌺I’m a qualified pediatric nurse with a three-year professional nursing degree and several years of experience working with children of different ages and needs. After completing my training, I worked for one year in a mental health clinic for children and adolescents before moving into intensive pediatric care. During my last year of work in Germany, I provided one-on-one care for an eleven-year-old nonverbal autistic girl with very complex needs and severe behavioral challenges. This experience taught me an incredible amount about patience, empathy, staying calm in difficult situations and understanding children beyond words. Alongside my professional nursing experience, I have also worked as a nanny and babysitter. I’m comfortable caring for several children at once – in previous nanny jobs, there were even days when I looked after up to five children.
