Part-Time Nanny / After-School Help Wanted
I’m looking for a friendly, reliable nanny to help out a few afternoons a week.
Hours:
4 afternoons/evenings per week Mon - Thurs
3 days: 3pm–7pm
1 day: 5pm–7pm
I have three children (10yr girl, 8yr girl and 5yr boy), but the two girls have afternoon sport most days, so the role is mainly about spending quality one-on-one time with my 5-year-old boy, who’s starting his first year of school. It would be lovely to find someone who can build a great relationship with him and be a calm, caring presence after school.
The role includes:
School pick-up and afternoon care (school is 3 min walk from our house)
Snacks, playtime and a relaxed after-school routine
Helping with the afternoon/evening juggle with dinner, bath, bedtime
You’ll be a great fit if you’re warm, dependable and genuinely enjoy connecting with kids. Experience and a car is a bonus but not essential.

We're a family looking for a caring, reliable and proactive nanny to join us and help care for our sweet and happy 8 month old, as well as our clever chatty 3 year old.

What we're looking for:
Someone who brings warmth, initiative and a genuine love of working with children. We value a calm, structured approach - especially for our baby who is on a nap schedule - so experience with baby sleep routines is ideal. It is very important that this person is punctual as my husband and I often have meetings in the morning and have to leave on time.

We are also looking for someone who also has flexibility around night times as we can have work events in the evening.

We'd love someone who is happy to prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, keep things tidy and pitch in with light household chores (e.g dishes, folding and laundry) when the children are napping or playing independently. We want someone who is happy to lend a hand around the home during nap times (rather than just scrolling or waiting for time to pass - initiative is important to us!)

We're close to the beach and parks, and there is easy street parking and great public transport access. We're also very open to ideas for outings and activities - local libraries, playgrounds, museums, shows, baby sensory, Play studio - and of course happy to cover any reasonable costs for fun, enriching experiences you'd like to try with the kids. We have a strict no TV policy and prefer to minimise phone usage around our children.

We also have a dog so you need to be comfortable with pets.

Rate is negotiable for the right person - we truly value great care and want this to be a wonderful fit for both sides.

Hi all, we are seeking to hire a part-time nanny for our family. We have two daughters - a 2 and a 5 year old and we are looking for someone to do drop off and pick up from primary school for our eldest (walking distance from our home) and daytime care for our youngest.

We would need assistance for two full days from 8am - 6pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. We are also interested in having care for a half day on any other school day from 2:30 to 6pm.

Hello, we’re a family of four, living in Double Bay. We’re originally from London and I have a 5 year old at school and a 6 month old. The role would be to come every weekday before school, helping with the school run and breakfast, followed by nannying with the baby, and assisting me with/preparing dinner. It would be roughly 7.30am-3pm Monday - Thursday, and later into the evening on Fridays. But timings are all negotiable for the right candidate. The role will also include managing and organising the girls rooms and toys, and light housekeeping.

We’re looking for someone who will genuinely become part of the family as neither of us have family in Sydney. We’re warm, generous and really involved with our girls.

The role will include holiday pay, however, there is an expectation that we work together to take holidays at the same time that we travel, where possible. We travel back to Europe at least twice a year for a few weeks at a time. If you were to travel with us, there would be firstly no requirement to do so, but if you chose to, there would be additional pay.
