Hi Potential Nannies!
Im looking for a Nanny for my 3 beautiful girls for a few days a week starting for the next 3 months.
We are a loud and bright family in Eltham North looking for someone to help make our lives that bit easier!
The girls are aged 5, 7 and 9 and all attend school or kindergarten (on some days of the week).
We have hosted aupairs from the last few years and are having a few month gap in which we need in home care as I work full time mostly out of the home (Nurse and Midwife, but office hours!).
The care I require can be flexible for the right person, however can involve:
Getting the kids ready for the day (and can involve driving them to and from from school and kinder)
School pick ups and taking them to after school activities such as swimming and gymnastics.
Entertaining them and actively playing to their interests (they all love being crafty!) and
keeping the house running a little.
In terms of household duties they would include light trying and cleaning up after everyone. Eg. Managing their many piles of girls clothes, tidying up after the girls and keeping the kitchen clean
Whats most important is that the kids are happy.
I will always cook dinner but if you are able to help then thats a bonus!
Our carers really join our family, so this role is more then just "watching" the kids, but actively being with the kids. The girls are all totally different personalities but are all warm and loving and respond well to a positive caring personality and someone who can actively listen to what the kids are telling you. The role also involves holding firm boundaries at times in a kind way (or else they will convince you they can eat nutella and cream sandwiches every day as an after school snack! This is far from their first rodeo with a new Nanny!)
