Experienced Nanny needed Mt Eliza

I’m looking for a highly experienced nanny for my beautiful daughter is 3 in December. Looking for 1 on 1 in home care for her 2/3 days a week. I work from home mainly and am mostly very flexible! Looking for someone who can also provide some help around the house where possible.

Looking for someone to start asap. My girls is a ball of joy but takes time to warm so I will be there to help with the transition for as long as needed. I’m really looking for a bestie for her, someone who will stay with our family long term. She will not be attending kindergarten next year.
