Babysitting a 2 year old boy

I'm looking for a babysitter for my 27 month old son. I'm looking for a few hours a fortnight on either Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or weekends. Fredrick is a great kid with expressive speech delay and excellent motor skills. He loves exploring new spaces, imaginative play, and requires speech play to help him with his vocabulary. He usually has a lot of energy, but can sometimes be quite calm and happy just to play with his toys, or do activities in silence. He usually naps between 11am and 1pm, so we are looking for someone who can provide 2-3 hours on either side of that nap window. Our routine schedule is generally flexible, which gives providers an opportunity to be flexible with scheduling as well. We are looking for someone who can provide ongoing support over the next 6-12 months. Services are required only once a fortnight.
