Monday Nanny Required - Narrabeen - 16month Girl

We are a friendly family based in North Narrabeen seeking a caring and reliable nanny to look after our 16-month-old daughter Georgia on Mondays 7am-5:30pm.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the care of our happy and chilled toddler Georgia (she has just started walking so becoming more active). We’re looking for someone who is warm, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. The ideal candidate will take an active role in supporting our daughter’s development through play, learning activities, and gentle guidance, helping her grow, explore, and thrive. This can include driving/walking to activities (Gymnastics, play groups, playgrounds, library etc). We also have a beautiful shetland sheep dog Kora who will be at the house, but no responsibilities required.

Duties will include:

- Supporting her daily routine (meals, naps, playtime)

- Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities

- Providing attentive, loving care

- Preparing meals and snacks for our daughter

- Light tidying related to the child

We are looking for someone who is:

- Kind, patient, and engaging

- Reliable and punctual. Someone who can commit to a long term arrangement.

- Passionate about early childhood development ideally with qualifications.

- Proactive in planning a fulfilled day with a variety of activities and outings.

Requirements:

- Must be 21 years or older

- Previous experience caring for children of a similar age

- Current First Aid certificate

- Valid Police Check

- Valid driver’s licence (own car is ideal as we can provide child seat, otherwise a car can be left available on some days to use).

- References from previous nanny or childcare roles
