CASUAL-PART-TIME BABYSITTER

We’re looking for a few lovely, reliable and energetic university students to join our family on a casual/part-time basis helping with our two boys, aged 17 months and 5 years.

This would suit someone studying who enjoys children and is looking for flexible, well-paid work alongside university.

We have a range of shifts available across the week, including:

• Before-school help

• After-school help

• Daytime help with our 17-month-old

• Evening babysitting

• Occasional weekend hours

• Occasional travel opportunities with our family

Hours can vary from week to week, so we’re hoping to build a small group of trusted babysitters who we can offer shifts to depending on availability.

For the right people, there may also be opportunities to travel with our family from time to time, both within Australia and overseas.

The role is very hands-on and family focused, playing with the children, helping with meals, bath/bedtime, getting them organised and generally being an extra pair of capable hands around the house while caring for them.

$40 per hour.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, sensible, proactive and reliable, with a good work ethic and a genuine love of children. Previous babysitting or childcare experience is preferred, but we’re much more interested in finding the right personality and attitude.

A current Working With Children Check is required.
