After School Carer (with flexibility)

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and responsible person to provide regular after-school care for our easygoing and independent Year 4 son.

The role involves:

Collecting him from St Leonard’s Junior School at 3.20 pm most weekdays

Walking him home and supervising him while he completes homework and relaxes

Occasionally accompanying him to nearby music lessons or other local activities

Staying until approximately 5.30 or 6.30 pm, depending on the day

We live within walking distance of the school, just off Were Street, so a car is generally not required (except potentially Tuesdays for an extracurricular activity drop off only at 5pm - we will collect him on this day).

This is primarily a supervision role, and there will usually be time for you to complete your own school or university work while you’re here.

We’re looking for someone dependable, caring and comfortable working independently with a primary-school-aged child. Please get in touch with a little about yourself, your availability and any relevant experience.
