Nanny/family assistant

We are looking for a warm, reliable and experienced nanny/family assistant to join our family.

We are a separated family, with the children primarily based with me. The role will be mainly with me, with **every second Wednesday based in Elwood** with their dad.

Days & hours

* Every Monday & Wednesday

3:30pm – 8:00pm

* Every second Wednesday in Elwood

* One child has a local piano lesson on Wednesdays, involving a short local drop-off/pick-up

We have three children and are looking for someone who can not only care for the kids, but also help take some of the mental load out of the evening.

The role will include:

* School/kindergarten pick-ups and afternoon care

* Helping with homework and getting everyone organised

* Preparing/helping with dinner

* **Packing lunches and preparing things for the following day**

* Children's laundry and putting things away

* Keeping school/kindergarten items, bags and activities organised

* Helping keep the evening routine calm and running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has previous nanny/childcare experience

* Has a current driver's licence and their own reliable car

* Is experienced and comfortable supporting children with neurodiversity

* Is warm, patient, proactive and organised

* Notices what needs doing without always needing to be asked

* Is happy to become a trusted and valued part of our family

* Is looking for a long-term position
