Casual night baby sitting for our 7 month old baby

Our baby Arthur (Artie) is 7 months old and we are looking to have some reliable casual baby sitters that we can call on when we have social events in the evenings. I think these would mostly be on Friday or Saturday and not that often but wanting to have at least 2-3 babysitters that we can rely on.

Artie is a really happy baby and a pretty good sleeper!

We have just started day care and it's a Spanish speaking day care so ideally someone that speaks Spanish would be good to maintain consistency. We don't speak Spanish ourselves but Artie is being exposed to English and Dutch (Flemish) at home.
