Nanny for 4 month old

Looking for a caring Nanny for my 4 month old boy while I return to work one day per week. I am looking for someone who is available to work 1.5 days - one full day (8-5ish) and one half (9-1) on Tuesday and Wednesday. You would need to be flexible in which day is the full and half as my work means I cannot guarantee which day I will be in the office. The half day will increase to a full day once I am established at work. There is the possibility of more days as I increase my workload. Some casual evening baby sitting also.

Some light housework associate with my baby would also be required, tidying up after him etc. must be confident with infants.

I also have two small dogs - so must be comfortable with dogs.
