Hi there - We are a young family looking for a mature, responsible and reliable nanny to help care for our 26-month-old son. Our priority is finding someone who is safety-focused and genuinely enjoys caring for toddlers.
About the role
This is a part-time role covering both mornings and evenings on weekdays.
Morning routine (approx. 7:30am–8:30am):
Dress our son and prepare breakfast
Support a calm, structured start to the day
Drop-off at local kindy at 8:30am
Evening routine (approx. 5:00pm–6:30pm):
Pick-up from kindy at 5:00pm
Prepare and serve dinner at around 5:45pm
Play and engage with him until handover to parents at 6:30pm
Additional responsibilities
Very light housekeeping e.g. meal prep for our son, tidying his play area, and loading/unloading the dishwasher. We have professional cleaners, so no general house cleaning is required.
About you
Experienced with toddlers (ideally 2+ years old)
Warm, calm and attentive
Highly reliable and punctual. this is very important, as we both have demanding jobs
Strong focus on safety
Able to engage in age-appropriate play and activities
Logistics
Ideally based in the Eastern Suburbs. We are based at the border of coogee and clovelly
WWCC, Police Check and two references are essential
We are looking for someone who will become a trusted and consistent presence in our son’s routine.
