3 1/2 day a week permanent care position for 2

A 1 year old and a 3 year old. We basically want at home Daycare, have had enough of the constant childcare sickness and want something more personal for the kids.

We live across the road from a park, and walking distance to many other parks. Big front yard and back yard. We are layed back professionals working Monday -Thursday. Monday to Thursday are go go go and we start to slow down Thurs afternoon for a chill weekend.
