We are a loving family in Myaree seeking a kind, patient, and experienced part-time nanny to care for our one-year-old son in our home two days a week.
Schedule:
Wednesdays & Thursdays
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Our little boy is an observant and thoughtful child who takes time to warm up, but once he does, he’s a happy, active little explorer who loves being outdoors. We loosely follow an attachment-based parenting approach, and are looking for someone who can support this style—providing calm, responsive care and emotional warmth.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving simple, healthy meals
- Supporting and following his nap routine
- Nappy changes and basic hygiene care
-Engaging in age-appropriate, child-led play (indoors and outdoors)
- Creating a calm, predictable daily rhythm
The ideal nanny will:
Have experience caring for toddlers, especially those who are sensitive or slow to warm
Be nurturing, patient, and emotionally attuned
Be comfortable with and supportive of a loosely attachment-based parenting style
Be confident and capable working independently in a home setting
Enjoy outdoor play and nature-based activities
Be looking for a long-term position to build a strong and consistent relationship
