We are a busy professional family based in Kooyong looking for a caring, reliable and energetic nanny to help with our three lovely children — 9-year-old twin boys and a 3-year-old girl.
Our much-loved long-term nanny is sadly moving on after finishing university and starting her career in her chosen field, so we are looking for someone new to become part of our family.
The role will primarily involve:
* School and kinder drop-offs and pick-ups
* Caring for our 3-year-old on Wednesdays
* Taking children to after-school activities
* Helping keep the day running smoothly
Regular hours required:
* Tuesdays & Thursdays: school/kinder drop-offs and pick-ups
* Wednesdays: full day
We live in Kooyong, with school in Hawthorn and kinder in Armadale — all within a small radius (under 3km). While driving distances are minimal, a driver’s licence is essential.
We would highly value someone with flexibility for:
* Longer hours during school holidays
* The occasional Monday
We are open-minded about how the role could work and would happily consider:
* Splitting the role across multiple people
* Different employment arrangements
* Expanding the position into a broader home manager role for the right person
Pay is $35–40 per hour, negotiable depending on experience and responsibilities.
I am currently on leave, so the role is not urgently needing to be filled, and we can be flexible with a start date from July onwards for the right person.
