Nanny / Family Assistant – Long-Term Position

We are looking for a reliable, nurturing and proactive carer to provide long-term support to our family.

Our children are 3 girls (10,5 & 3 years old) and one boy (8 years old).

The ideal person will be warm, organised and confident managing the day-to-day needs of a busy household.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done and can become a genuine and trusted part of the family over time.

Responsibilities will include:

Care & supervision of children

Supporting school and daily routines

Meals & snack preparation - including simple family meals

Helping keep the children’s spaces organised

Driving to appointments, sports and activities - Full Australian Drivers license required 

Light household duties

Supporting the smooth running of the household

Occasional weekend babysitting 

The right candidate will be available 7:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available for the right person.

We are particularly interested in someone who is dependable, motivated, respectful and looking for a long-term position.

Previous nanny or childcare experience and strong references would be highly regarded.
