Our family is seeking a responsible, nurturing, and supportive babysitter to care for our 7-year-old child and 8-month-old baby girl
This role involves an AM shift for before school care, and PM shift for after school care.
Applicants with availabily for either or both availbility will be considered.
Before-school shifts will include:
• Packing the 7-year-old’s lunchbox and school bag
• Assisting with toileting, tooth brushing
• Helping the 7-year-old get dressed and ready for school
• Babysitting the baby while I drop the 7yo to school
• Light housework eg: unstack dishwasher, vacuum, kids laundry, tidy up kids toys
After-school shifts will include:
• Unpacking school bag and lunchbox
• Assisting with toileting
• Supporting homework and play
• babysitting the baby
• meal prep/cooking meal
• light housework eg: dishwasher, vacuum, kids laundry, tidy up kids toys
Our 7-year-old has a mild physical disability and epilepsy and requires supervision for self care tasks and play. She has no behavioural issues and is a very happy, delightful child who is highly engaged and loves to play.
Shift times:
AM:
• Tuesday: 7:15– 8:45 am
• Wednesday: 7:15– 8:45 am
• Thursday: 7:15– 8:45 am
PM:
Weds: 2:45 – 7:00 pm
Thurs: 2:45 – 7:00 pm
Friday: 2:45 – 5:00 pm
Requirements:
• Female applicants only
• First aid certificate
• ABN and invoicing preferred
• Experience with infants and school-aged children preferred
