We are looking for a caring and reliable person to help us with afterschool care of our 5 year old daughter, who attends school within walking distance from our house. We also have a 2 year old daughter who attends childcare a short car drive away, and occasionally we may require you to collect her as well.
The role would involve collecting our daughter from school, playing with her and preparing dinner for the kids. We would also appreciate someone who is happy to take the initiative with some light housework (e.g. empty dishwasher, hang and fold washing, pick up toys, clean out lunch boxes etc)
Our 5 year old is an energetic, inquisitive girl who loves craft, books, singing and dancing. We live opposite a beautiful park and she enjoys running and playing at the playground there. Our 2 year old is a very happy little girl who loves her food and her big sister!
We have a very friendly miniature schnoodle, so being comfortable around dogs is a must.
Looking to start with 2-3 days per week, this may increase as year goes on (we are flexible with days). Hours would be 3pm start and finishing around 6pm. Likely to be extra hours during school holidays and when mum and dad need a babysitter for the rare date night.
