After Daycare Help Needed 2-4 days per week

I'm a single mum (co-parent) with an very happy 16 month old son and a 6 year old doggo (GSP x chocolate lab). I work full-time as a doctor and am looking for help 2-3 days a week in afternoons/evenings for daycare pickup, dog walking, meal prep, helping feed and get H ready for bed. I'd also occasionally be looking for help some mornings and weekends too as I'll be studying for exams over the next 18-24 months. Let me know if you'd like more info! Thanks!
