Nanny for boy toddler

Part-Time Nanny Wanted – Active Toddler (Altona Meadows area)

We're looking for a caring, experienced nanny to look after our 19-month-old son.

Days and hours

• Weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday, from 9 or 10am to 2pm

• Casual evenings: occasional Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, depending on events

About our little one

He's a very active, happy boy who loves being outdoors and loves his food.

What we're looking for

Someone who has real experience with toddlers and knows what caring for young children involves, including:

• Preparing meals and snacks, and packing food for outings

• Preparing milk and bottles, and keeping an eye on his water intake

• Nappy changes and clothes changes as needed

• Packing a bag with spare clothes and essentials for outings

• Using the pram confidently

• Playing with him and keeping him engaged

• Putting him down for naps

• Keeping him safe at home and when out

• Comforting and settling him, and gently redirecting his behaviour

Light household tasks

• Loading dirty dishes into the dishwasher

• Tidying toys off the floor

• Hanging laundry to dry, and folding it if time allows
