We’re looking for a lovely, caring and reliable nanny to join our family and help look after our two boys, aged 1 and 4.
Our wonderful previous nanny was with us for four years and is now leaving to have her own baby, so we’re really hoping to find someone who wants to become part of the family and stay with us long term.
Hours: Monday 7:30am–6:30pm, Tuesday 7:30am–6:30pm, Wednesday 7:30am–1:30pm
$40 per hour + superannuation
Family car available to use while working.
Start date is late October, however we would love to meet the right person well before then so we can get to know each other and make arrangements in advance.
The role is mainly caring for our one-year-old during the day, as well as kinder pick-up for our four-year-old and the occasional drop-off.
We’d love someone who is warm, affectionate, outgoing and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. Someone who is happy to get out of the house and do fun things — the zoo, museums, plays, parks, libraries, activities around Melbourne — and who enjoys coming up with creative ideas for things to do with the boys.
The role also includes cooking dinner, supermarket shopping, children’s washing and some general tidying and household organisation.
We’re looking for someone who is:

• clean and organised
• comfortable with dogs — we have two very friendly French Bulldogs
• looking for a stable, long-term role.
A current Working With Children Check, First Aid and good references are essential.
