Meet Ella: A nanny in Chelsea, VIC

Hi everyone!

I’m Ella, 29 year old qualified nanny and Muma to two (Ollie 6, Mia 2.5)

I’ve been nannying for 15 years now! My first ever position was at 13 working from Friday - Sunday every weekend for a 6 month old baby girl. I have always loved babies and children knowing from a very early age this is the industry I wanted to be in.

The only break I have had from nannying is whilst having my two young children ( however, Oliver came to work with me and it was wonderful, we still have amazing relationships with that family).

My kids are my whole world, so I know as a parent how daunting and anxiety ridden it can be leaving them behind with someone else. Whilst your children are in my care, I can promise you they would be loved, nurtured, stimulated and cared for as I would my own babies.

I have my certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education, my WWC, police check, first aid / CPR, I have completed the big little feelings course, I have extensive knowledge and training in eczema management ( I worked at the Royal Children’s hospital as the eczema workshop coordinator for 3 years as well as being PA to Rodney Hunt (Neonatal Professor). I have worked for many incredible families, and have many wonderful references to show ( including references from Sophie Cachia, Anna Scullie and many more).

I am a very trustworthy, honest, capable and empathetic person who would be a wonderful addition to your family.

I am hoping to bring my daughter with me at least one of the days, which would obviously entail a reduced rate ($32 opposed to $40 p/h). I have two fitted car seats, I would love to take the kids to local activities ( rhyme time at library, parks, beaches, mess matters, dancing etc). I am looking for a minimum 1 day, maximum 2 day arrangement.

Please note; I have had two covid vaccinations, but do not intend to have anymore. Myself and my children have the flu shot every year, and we are up to date with every other immunisation on the schedule as well as both Meningococcal immunisations that are not government subsidised.
