Meet Olivia: A nanny and babysitter in Picnic Point, NSW

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have applied my knowledge of mental health throughout every role I have undertaken. I have worked as a private nanny for a family providing high-quality, individualised childcare for 3 girls aged 4 to 12 in a private household setting. Within this role I prepared healthy dinners and snacks for the girls, managed thier schedules, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, appointments, and extracurricular activities, communicated regularly with parents to discuss progress, milestones, and behavioural updates and implemented positive discipline strategies and conflict-resolution techniques.
