Meet Lyzette Joy: A nanny in Eight Mile Plains, QLD

Dear Parents,

I am writing to express my strong interest as your nanny/babysitter to your little moonpie. I hold a Bachelor of Elementary Education from the Philippines and an Associate Degree in Office Administration. I have experience in teaching, tutoring, and administrative support—skills that I believe will be valuable in an early childhood setting.

To meet local requirements and pursue a career in childcare, I plan to undertake Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or explore qualification recognition through ACECQA registration if eligible. I am also fully willing to obtain all necessary requirements, such as Working with Children Check, First Aid training, and any additional certifications needed to support my role as your nanny. I am passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment.

Additionally, I currently hold a Subclass 500 Subsequent Entrant (Dependent) Student Visa. I'm allowed to work for up to 48 hours per fortnight. As a result, my focus in entirely on my part-time work.
