Meet Sharmaine: A nanny and babysitter in Melbourne, VIC

Hii, I’m Sharmaine! I’m turning 21 this June and currently completing my bachelor’s, with plans to continue to a master’s. I was born in Singapore and moved to Hong Kong after preschool, where I grew up until I was 16. Attending English international schools there exposed me to many cultures and helped shape me into an outgoing, friendly person. While I don’t have a WWCC or formal babysitting experience (aside from caring for babies and toddlers at church and for family friends), I’ve always been great with kids and am eager to learn. With my mum working as a flight attendant, I became independent early on, and after moving back to Singapore at 16, I lived alone where I quickly learned to take care of the house and myself.
