Meet Ilona: A nanny in Old Noarlunga, SA

Hi Everyone

My name is Ilona, I have been working in the Early Years sector for just over 18 years now. I have worked in a variety of roles from Head Office to Centre Director. I have been a director for the past 7 years and the honour of working across South Australia, the Northern Territory and Victoria

My passion for working with children comes from my belief that children are confident and competent learners, I believe that they learn through their environments and are able to express themselves using a variety of languages.

I am a very family orientated person who has a small but very close family unit. I recently got married to my amazing husband we have a daughter, 2 beautiful dogs Nala and Cleo and 2 cats Spot and Pingu.

I like to think of myself as a very open person who loves to get to know people. I am very much looking forward to getting to know the families, children and educators at the centre and spending time to get to know the community that has been built at the centre and to continue with the amazing work that is currently being done.
