Meet Kathia: A nanny and babysitter in Fortitude Valley, QLD

Hi! My name is Kathia, I’m 26 years old and originally from Mexico. I’m currently living and studying in Brisbane.

I have childcare experience in different countries. I worked as a full-time nanny caring for two girls in Colorado, USA, looked after two boys in Canada, and currently care for a little girl here in Brisbane every Tuesday. These experiences have helped me become patient, responsible and confident adapting to different family routines and children’s needs.

I’m a warm, caring and active person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I love creating fun activities, going to the park, helping with homework, preparing simple meals and supporting children with their daily routines. I’m also organised, reliable and respectful of each family’s parenting style and home.

I speak fluent Spanish and English, hold a valid Blue Card and can provide references. I’m currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, as well as for occasional evening or weekend babysitting.
