Meet Elisha: A nanny in Cromer, NSW

I am a Registered Nurse with over 7 years of experience, including paediatric nursing, and I currently work full time as a fertility Nurse. Alongside my clinical career, I have extensive hands-on childcare experience caring for children from newborn to 12 years old in in home childcare, babysitting, daycare, after-school care, and holiday programs.

My passion for caring for children began early in life through exposure to in-home childcare with my mum, and has continued to grow throughout my nursing and childcare experience. I bring a calm, nurturing, and attentive approach, with a strong focus on safety, emotional support, and creating a positive environment for children to learn and thrive.

Now based in Sydney after relocating from New Zealand in 2022, I am transitioning away from full-time nursing to return to my passion for working directly with children and supporting families.
