Meet Alicia: A nanny and babysitter in Maidstone, VIC

I'm a 23-year-old Enrolled Nurse and registered nursing student. I have been working with kids since the age of 16, and have built up 7 years of hands-on experience. I'm currently working with a family who have 2 kids, 5 and 3 years old, on Thursday afternoons. I have previously worked as a swim teacher for children aged 4 months to 18 years and a gymnastics coach for kids 12 months and above. I have been babysitting since I was 16, working with kids as young as 3 months, all the way up to 14 years.

From these jobs, I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge working with children with lots of different individual needs. During my time as a swim teacher and gymnastics coach, I gained a lot of knowledge about developmental milestones and activities to assist with these. This has allowed me to understand how to create a nurturing yet professional environment for the kids.
