Meet Molly: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in Woollahra, NSW

I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children of all ages — from babies and toddlers through to school-aged children — and I genuinely love supporting kids at every stage of their development. I’m confident with daily routines such as feeding, naps, settling and play for younger children, as well as school pick-ups, homework help, activities and after-school care for older kids.

I’m great at balancing fun with structure, creating a calm, safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported, listened to and encouraged to grow in confidence and independence.

I’m very bubbly, warm and patient, and I pride myself on building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. Whether it’s organising age-appropriate activities, helping with learning and routines, or simply being a calm and positive presence, I always bring reliability, care and great energy into everything I do.
