Meet Niamh: A babysitter in Yarraville, VIC

Hi I'm Niamh, I am 25 years old and I have a passion for working with children. For the past 6 years I have been working full time as an integration aide at a primary school, recently I swapped to part time as I began studying a social science and psychology degree with the hopes of becoming a school counsellor. My job entails providing one on one support for neurodiverse children, including fostering social skills, building connection, supporting well-being and emotional regulation, managing behaviour and assistance with meals and toileting.
