Meet Leonie: A nanny and babysitter in Point Cook, VIC

Hi, I’m Leonie, 20 years old and originally from Europe. I recently moved to Australia from New Zealand and am excited to continue my nanny journey here. Over the past three years, I’ve cared for children aged 3–10 in Austria and New Zealand. Seeing the children I’ve cared for grow in confidence, learn new skills, and feel safe in my care is what I love most about being a nanny.

My experience includes school and kindergarten drop-offs and pick-ups, homework support, meal preparation, organising fun and educational activities and bedtime routines. I’m calm, reliable, flexible and value building trusting relationships with both children and their families.

I hold an HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid certificate and a New Zealand Level 2 First Aid Certificate, including child-specific first aid. I have a full New Zealand and Austrian driver’s licence, valid in Australia until January 2027 and will be converting it to an Australian licence soon. I speak fluent English and German, have full working rights in Australia, references are available upon request and am happy to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
