Originally from Brazil, I have been living in Australia for the past 15 years and bring over 30 years of experience in education across Brazil, Costa Rica, and Australia. My career spans public education, Steiner education, community-based initiatives, and educational leadership, with extensive experience supporting children, families, and educators from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Over the past 18 months, I have served as both Teacher and Director, strengthening my leadership, mentoring, governance, compliance, and team management skills while maintaining a strong commitment to high-quality early childhood education.
