Meet Valentina: A nanny and babysitter in Bondi, NSW

Hi families! I’m 28, half Brazilian, half Italian, and the kind of person who’s naturally loving, and patient. My journey with childcare started early, volunteering at an orphanage, and grew into roles as a babysitter, after-school tutor, and English teacher. I’ve worked with kids aged 3 to 14 and absolutely love creating fun, safe spaces where they can learn, laugh, and feel supported.

Over the past five years, I’ve been in the design and communication world, which helped me flex my creative muscles and sharpen my problem-solving skills. But deep down, I missed the meaningful, everyday magic of working with children. So now I’m returning to this path with a full heart and a super well-rounded skill set: ready to help kids grow, explore, and shine.
