I have over 9 years experience for local Government in a Long Day Care setting. As a Child Care Educator I have supervised,documented the developmental needs and interest of each child as an individual.I have then developed and implemented planed activities to extend each child's development. Assisting them with scaffold learning and positive praise. My other duties included and not limited too. * Maintaining Comprehensive records *Effective communication and maintaining confidentiality. Positive redirection Age appropriate behaviour management. My Qualifications Are: * Diploma of Children's services (Tafe NSW 2011) * Certificate III in Children's Services (Tafe NSW 2008) * Healthy Foods - Childcare (Tafe NSW 2005) * Red Cross 2012 - Emergency Asthma Management - First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis - Develop risk minimization and management strategies for allergic reaction - Provide First Aid management of severe allergic reactions * Certified Supervisor for Long Day Care (NSW Education and Communities 2012) * Identify and respond to children and young people at risk (ECTARC 2010) And additional Certificates. I have my own transport and I have held a Gold NSW Driver's licence for over 30 years

I have worked also worked 10 years as a full time nanny for a family, working with the family as their needs changed. ( working additional hours at night or on weekend so the parents could attend function or just have a date night out together).

In addition I did all the household duties, washing ,cleaning, meal preparation, household shopping and school drop off and pick up, after school activities.

I am pet friendly and love all animal big or small.

I am a mother myself my son is now an adult. I understand how hard can be to balance family and work at the same time.

I enjoy working as a nanny/caregiver as it very rewarding to see your family thrive because you know that your children are being cared for, in a manner that best suites your families needs in your nurturing home.

In my experience as a nanny/caregiver is were I have found I most enjoy my career.
