Meet Mykenzi: A nanny and babysitter in Point Cook, VIC

Hi! My name is Mykenzi, and I’m a 21 year old Interior Design student with a genuine love for children.

While I’m still building my experience in babysitting, I have experience caring for children, including neurodivergent children, and I really enjoy getting to know each child’s individual personality, interests and needs. I understand that every child is different, and I’m very patient when it comes to helping children feel comfortable, understood and safe.

I’m friendly, easy going, responsible and creative, and I love keeping children entertained through drawing, arts and crafts, games, reading, imaginative play and outdoor activities. I enjoy coming up with activities that suit each child and their interests, whether that’s getting creative, playing outside, baking or simply spending time together. I’m also happy to help with homework, prepare simple meals, follow routines and assist with light household tasks.

I’m also a huge animal lover and am very comfortable around pets. I’m more than happy to include pets in my care, whether that means feeding them, giving them some attention or simply making sure they’re comfortable while I’m looking after the children.

I’ve always loved being around children and have wanted a big family of my own one day, so caring for children is something I genuinely find rewarding. I know how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident with the person looking after their children, and I would always treat that responsibility with care and respect.
