Meet Andie: A babysitter in Paddington, QLD

Hi, my name is Andie and I'm 18 years old.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business at QUT. I work in an Office Support role and as a cross country coach for primary school (prep to grade 6) at St Peters Lutheran College (Indooroopilly), and I am looking for some extra work.

Although I am not currently babysitting, I have prior experience caring for children ages 5-15. Some of my responsibilities have included homework help, bedtime routine and meal preparation, as well as fun activities such as going to the park and playing games. Although I do not have any formal experience with babies and toddlers, I am willing to learn as I love kids. I currently hold my Blue Card and Surf Rescue Certificate. The Surf Rescue Certificate covers first aid, CPR and water safety. Although I do not have a formal police check, I hold my blue card which includes police screening. Despite this, I am willing to do a formal police check if needed. I have been driving for over 1 year and I am currently on my P2 provisional license with my own car. I am open to driving in the local area with children.

In my free time, I enjoy exercising, reading, walking my dogs and cooking/baking. I am one of four children, and I enjoy spending time with both my older sister and two younger brothers.
