Meet Capucine: A babysitter in Pyrmont, NSW

Hi families!

My name is Capucine, I am 23 years old from France, and I recently moved to Sydney.

I am a primary school teacher, having completed my degree and teaching training in France this past June. Over the last two years, I gained hands-on classroom experience teaching weekly in both Year 5 (CM2) and early childhood / kindergarten (petite et moyenne section), alongside numerous teaching substitutions.

Working with children has been my passion for over a decade:

10+ years of babysitting experience: Caring for children aged 4 months to 13 years old on a regular weekly basis.

Holiday camp leader & international resort kids' club entertainer: Certified French BAFA (equivalent to youth work & holiday camp leadership qualifications).

First Aid & WWCC: Certified in First Aid & CPR, holding a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Fully licensed driver with a clean driving record.

Alongside babysitting, I work part-time in hospitality and teach private French lessons to children and adults. I would be very happy to engage with your children in English or offer natural French immersion, fun activities, and homework help.

Whether you need daytime care, after-school pick-ups, evening babysitting, or weekend help, I bring warmth, reliability, and structured, engaging activities to ensure your children feel safe and have fun.

Looking forward to meeting you and your little ones!
