Meet Melika: A nanny and babysitter in Doncaster, VIC

I am a warm, reliable and experienced nanny with over three years of hands-on childcare experience, caring for children from infancy through to school age.

For the past three years, I have supported one family with both before- and after-school care, building a trusted and long-term relationship with the child and family.

I also have experience caring for newborns and infants, and I currently care for a 6-month-old baby as well as a 2-year-old toddler with mild cerebral palsy and some mobility challenges. My role includes preparing and serving meals, taking him out for walks and age-appropriate activities, engaging in play, supporting his daily routine and settling him for naps. I provide patient, attentive and encouraging care, with a focus on helping him feel confident, comfortable and supported.

I have also cared for two children aged 3 and 4, including school pick-ups, taking them to gymnastics classes, preparing meals, organising activities and play, and supporting their daily routines. I am also happy to assist with cooking, light household tasks and caring for family pets.

I genuinely enjoy building strong and trusting relationships with both children and their families. I am calm, patient, organised and proactive, and I always aim to create a safe, happy and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported and well cared for.
