Meet Lexi: A nanny and babysitter in South Yarra, VIC

Hi! I’m Lexi

I’m a warm, reliable, hardworking and energetic 25-year-old who takes pride in creating safe and enriching environments where children feel supported in exploring their own little world.

I have extensive experience working with toddlers and young children. I am currently nannying Mon-Thurs for two boys aged 2 and 5 , with these hours set to lessen considerably in the coming weeks.

I strongly value giving children autonomy and choice, allowing their interests to shape our days while still providing structure and consistency. My caregiving style typically involves simple, local adventures and plenty of time outdoors (e.g. trips to parks, libraries, baking, visiting Bounce, the Aquarium, and museums). I believe these experiences are incredibly valuable for supporting early neurodevelopment through play, stimulation, and exploration. I also support the household by tidying, doing laundry, and preparing light meals (I’m naturally very clean and organised!).

Over the years, I’ve also been involved in various nannying roles, youth community service trips abroad, and after-school care volunteering.
