Meet Lara: A nanny and babysitter in St Kilda, VIC

Hi, my name is Lara. I’m originally from Scotland and have been living in Melbourne for almost two years. I am an energetic, fun, and creative caregiver who loves being outdoors and engaging children in active, imaginative play.

I have over eight years of experience working with children of all ages. I spent five years working in a nursery before becoming a nanny for a family with two girls, aged three months and three years. My most recent role in Scotland was as a support worker for a young person with severe disabilities, which strengthened my patience, adaptability, and understanding of individual needs.

Since moving to Melbourne, I have been caring for a lovely family in South Yarra, looking after two children aged seven and nine. I am currently very happy in this role and have availability during weekday mornings, plus occasional babysitting on weekends
