Meet Ashley: A nanny and babysitter in North Curl Curl, NSW

Since the beginning of this year, I have been working with children in an OSCH before and after school care setting, where I have gained valuable experience supporting a diverse range of children and their individual needs. I enjoy working in calm, supportive environments that encourage children to build independence while also providing guidance, care, and opportunities to learn new skills. Prior to this role, I completed casual babysitting for family friends, which helped me further develop my communication and caregiving abilities. These experiences have strengthened both my confidence and passion for working with children and contributing positively to their growth and development.
